Defective and Damaged Merchandise
If the merchandise delivered to you is defective or damaged, please contact us at buy@lizastian.com. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged merchandise. After the review of your report, we will refund you the amount of defective or damaged merchandise.

2. You don’t need to return defective or damaged merchandises unless requested.
